We were appointed to create a 66,000ft ‘internal campus’ that would inspire our client’s people to develop both as individuals and as a collective team, driving productivity across the site and enabling business growth.
Radius Payment Solutions, Europe’s leading independent service provider to the fleet and logistics market, wanted to create a new HQ, home to its UK Radius team and which would retain and enhance the company’s presence in its local Crewe area, attracting the best talent, and reflecting the ethos of a truly global business.
The fundamental concept that drove the interior of this £41m project was the individual wellbeing of each and every person that used the space. This was achieved by working collaboratively with the client to better understand the needs of the individuals, enabling us to design and create uniquely tailored spaces, which were grounded in insight and tied seamlessly into Radius’s business objectives.
Each specifically designed space was given its own concept to ensure the campus could reach its full potential. This approach brought the client’s brand to life. Additional elements of the client’s personality were cleverly woven into the very fabric of the design – a love of sci-fi and technology, for example, features throughout the space in ways that are artistic yet functional.
At the head of this journey was a forward thinking and ambitious client determined to create a long-lasting culture for a visionary business. By working closely together, we were able to design and deliver an authentically-branded environment that enhances the human experience while attracting, retaining and empowering employees.
